Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been placed, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order and ship it. We ship worldwide and offer two shipping options you can chose at check out.
Standard mail — Free to the United States and Ecuador.
Standard mail shipping is only available to the United States. It is done through the national postal services (USPS). Shipping time varies between 5 to 10 business days. Secret YK will provide you with a tracking number with which you will be able to track your package.
DHL Express Mail — $17 flat rate worldwide
Express mail is done through the private carrier DHL. Shipping time worldwide may vary between 3 to 5 days. For products going to countries other than Ecuador and the United States, it is possible but unlikely that there may be delays due to processing time at customs. Sophetic will provide you with a tracking number and a customs number with which you will be able to track your package with DHL.
*Buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sophetic is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. In order to return or exchange an item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the reason for your return. Depending on where your purchase was made, your item will have shipped from our nearest warehouse to you. Therefore, the address to which your product must be returned will depend on your location. Once you have contacted us requesting a return or exchange, we will provide you with shipping directions and a return address.
To be eligible for a return or exchange you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items within 30 days of delivery. Also, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received and in the original packaging.
If you wish to exchange your item for another SecretYK item, please specify in an email the item for which you would like to make the exchange. If the new item is of a lower cost than the original item, we will refund you the difference. If the new item is of a higher cost than the original item, you will have to pay the difference.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take approximately 3 to 5 business days. If your refund has been issued but you have not received it after this time, please contact us at email@example.com
